Willersley Castle occupies a magnificent position on the edge of the Peak district, overlooking the river Derwent, on the outskirts of Cromford, near to Matlock Bath. It stands in 60 acres of grounds ranging from meadows to limestone crags.
The hotel offers accommodation for up to 85 guests, a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool and children’s pool, coffee shop selling light refreshments and gifts, lounge and TV lounge, Music room, table tennis, snooker and putting, drying room and boot room.
As a Christian Guild hotel it has a no smoking policy but is now licensed so you can order wine with your evening meal

A programme of talks, activities for adults and children, workshops and walks will be arranged or simply take time to relax in the peaceful surroundings and get to know church familiy members better. The adult sessions will be led by Lynn Broadhead.
Day Visitors – it is possible to visit for the day if you are unable to come for the whole weekend. Please see Fiona if you are interested.
The cost includes the following meals:

Saturday –Cooked Breakfast, Salad Lunch and Evening Dinner
Sunday – Cooked Breakfast, Traditional Sunday Lunch
Also included is morning coffee.
All special diets can be catered for including early teas for younger children.
No pets are allowed in the house or grounds, with the exception of guide dogs.
The rooms are mainly ensuite, with a small number of non ensuite rooms. There are spacious family rooms, double, twin and single rooms. However there are only 14 single rooms so please let Fiona know if you are willing to share in a twin room. All bedrooms have a wash hand basin and tea/coffee making facilities.
The accommodation is divided between the Castle and Mews which is about 100 metres from the castle up a slight gradient.
There is a lift to the upper floors in the Castle.
